Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an HR Advisor in the Netherlands to serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters. You will manage recruitment for technical roles, coordinate absence and reintegration, and handle end-to-end HR administration including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.

You will collaborate with occupational health services and UWV, participate in HR projects, and drive employee engagement while ensuring compliance with labour law and HR policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a broad HR advisory role.
• Experience with absence management, labour law, and recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and relevant employment legislation.
• Excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate absenteeism and reintegration processes; liaise with occupational health services, company doctors, and UWV.
• Recruitment: coordinate full recruitment and selection for operational and technical positions; collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR administration including onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, and HR-related correspondence.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to engage employees and optimise HR processes.
