Michael Page is partnering with a leading international retail organization to recruit for an HR administrative role in the Netherlands. The position offers a varied mix of administrative duties and people-focused HR tasks within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

The role requires 1-3 years of administrative or HR experience, strong organizational skills, fluency in English, and a willingness to learn and develop in HR.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of administrative or HR experience.
  • Interested in building your career further in Human Resources.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with systems and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • French, German or Spanish language skills are a plus.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Assist employees with basic HR-related questions.
  • Process employee changes such as contract updates and personal information changes.
  • Help ensure HR administration is completed accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with colleagues across different countries and departments.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and process improvements.
