EW Facility Services is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor in the Netherlands to lead a team of about 15 colleagues, ensuring rooms and public areas meet high standards daily.

You will work weekends, coordinate with hotel departments, and coach staff to maintain a smooth operation. The role rewards initiative, teamwork, and a focus on guest experience within Bergen and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Flexibility to work on weekdays when needed.
• Experience in cleaning services, preferably hospitality.
• Natural leader with supervising or guiding experience.
• Organised, detail oriented, and focused on quality.
• Able to communicate in Dutch and/or English.

Responsabilités

• Clean hotel rooms, corridors, and public areas with your team.
• Inspect cleaned rooms and ensure quality standards.
• Coach, motivate, and support team members.
• Create daily work schedules and oversee planning.
• Coordinate with front office and other hotel departments.
• Identify challenges and implement practical solutions on the floor.

We offer

• Gross hourly wage starting from €16.70, depending on your work experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, resulting in 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre from 20 km per day
• 8% holiday pay, paid out in May
• 10% vacation hours accrual and 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract

Your job

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are an essential part of our team. Together with Housekeeping Manager Anna and a team of approximately 15 colleagues, you ensure that hotel rooms and public areas look their very best every day.

You do more than just monitor quality. You actively work alongside your team and help create a positive and productive work environment. Thanks to your enthusiasm, organisational skills, and coaching approach, you motivate your colleagues and keep operations running smoothly. Especially during busy weekends, you and your team make a real difference to our guests' experience.

Your responsibilities

• Cleaning hotel rooms, corridors, and public areas together with your team
• Inspecting cleaned rooms and maintaining quality standards
• Coaching, motivating, and supporting team members
• Creating daily work schedules and maintaining oversight of planning
• Coordinating with the front office and other hotel departments
• Identifying challenges and finding practical solutions on the work floor
