EW Facility Services zoekt een Housekeeping Supervisor in Bergen. Je leidt een team van ongeveer 15 collega’s, bewaakt de kwaliteit van kamers en publieke ruimtes en werkt samen met de Housekeeping Manager om een positieve werkomgeving te creëren.

Je motiveert het team, stemt werkzaamheden af met andere afdelingen en behoudt kalmte tijdens drukke weekends. Een gezellige, internationale werkomgeving in Bergen wachten op jou.

Qualificações

• Beschikbaarheid in het weekend (zaterdag en zondag)
• Flexibel en doordeweeks inzetbaar indien nodig
• Ervaring in schoonmaakdiensten, bij voorkeur in hospitality
• Natuurlijk leider met begeleidingservaring
• Georganiseerd, details gericht en kwaliteitsbewust
• Kunnen communiceren in Nederlands en/of Engels
• Positief, servicegericht en motiverend
• Wonen in Bergen, Alkmaar of omgeving

Responsabilidades

• Schoonmaken van hotelkamers, gangen en algemene ruimten samen met het team
• Opletten van kwaliteit en naleving van standaarden
• Coachende en motiverende ondersteuning van teamleden
• Opstellen van dagelijkse planningen en toezicht houden op de werkzaamheden
• Afstemming met receptie en andere hotelafdelingen
• Identificeren van knelpunten en zoeken naar praktische oplossingen op de werkvloer

We offer

• Gross hourly wage starting from €16.70, depending on your work experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, resulting in 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre from 20 km per day
• 8% holiday pay, paid out in May
• 10% vacation hours accrual and 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract

Your job

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are an essential part of our team. Together with Housekeeping Manager Anna and a team of approximately 15 colleagues, you ensure that hotel rooms and public areas look their very best every day.

You do more than just monitor quality. You actively work alongside your team and help create a positive and productive work environment. Thanks to your enthusiasm, organisational skills, and coaching approach, you motivate your colleagues and keep operations running smoothly. Especially during busy weekends, you and your team make a real difference to our guests' experience.

Your responsibilities

• Cleaning hotel rooms, corridors, and public areas together with your team
• Inspecting cleaned rooms and maintaining quality standards
• Coaching, motivating, and supporting team members
• Creating daily work schedules and maintaining oversight of planning
• Coordinating with the front office and other hotel departments
• Identifying challenges and finding practical solutions on the work floor

You are

• Available to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• Flexible and available to work on weekdays when needed
• Experienced in cleaning services, preferably within the hospitality industry
• A natural leader with experience supervising or guiding colleagues
• Organised, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
• Able to communicate in Dutch and/or English
• Positive, service-minded, and skilled at motivating others
• Living in Bergen, Alkmaar, or the surrounding area
