Job summary

Sircle Collection in Amsterdam is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor Intern to join our energetic team at Sir Albert and Park Centraal Amsterdam. You will assist the Housekeeping Manager in training the team and coordinating room attendants and cleaners to deliver exceptional service.

You are a current student in Hotel Management or Facility Management, with clear English communication and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Student currently enrolled in a Hotel Management or Facility Management related program.
• Good English communication skills.
• Affinity with hospitality and ability to connect with diverse people and cultures.
• Available for a period of five to six months.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to provide the best service.
• Assist in managing and training the team by coordinating room attendants and cleaners.
• Monitor and handle guest complaints and develop proactive plans to boost guest satisfaction.
• Check reservations and pre-block rooms to exceed guest expectations on arrival.
