INK Hotel Amsterdam – MGallery Collection zoekt een Housekeeping Supervisor die zorgt voor nette, gastvrije kamers en een betrokken team aanstuurt.

Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, geeft constructieve feedback en helpt bij roosters, planning en dagelijkse operaties. Daarnaast geef je training, coach je collega’s en draag je bij aan een vriendelijke, professionele INK-ervaring voor onze gasten.

Qualifications

• Heeft ten minste 1 jaar ervaring als Housekeeping Supervisor in een middenklasse of luxe hotel.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Engels en/of Nederlands (een extra taal is een plus).
• Hands-on mentaliteit en in staat om een divers team te motiveren en aan te sturen.

Responsibilities

• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en feedback geven aan het team.
• Toewijzen van kamers en publieke ruimten aan het team aan het begin van elke dienst.
• Ondersteunen bij roosterplanning, training en dagelijkse operationele taken.

The ScriptAs a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring every guest arrives in a spotless and welcoming room. You are responsible for carrying out quality checks and giving constructive feedback to your team members to maintain the highest standards throughout the hotel.

At the beginning of each shift, you assign rooms and public areas to the housekeeping team and help organize the daily operation. With your eye for detail and strong sense of hospitality, you know exactly what it takes to make guests feel at home.

In addition, you support with scheduling, training, and guiding employees in their daily tasks. As the right hand of the Housekeeping Manager, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and support the team wherever needed. Job Requirements

• Is able to work independently, has a strong eye for detail, and knows how to multitask effectively;
• Has at least 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a midscale or luxury hotel;
• Can communicate in English and/or Dutch (an additional language is a plus);
• Has a hands-on mentality;
• Knows how to motivate and manage a diverse team;
• Is available on both weekdays and weekends;
• Has strong organizational skills.
