Job summary

Hilversum City Apartments zoekt een Housekeeping Employee om 28-32 uur per week bij te dragen aan nette en gastvrije appartementen. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedere woning klaar is voor gasten en helpt bij het inrichten van nieuwe appartementen.

Je werkt in een team binnen Utrecht City Concepts (UCC) en hebt aangename collega’s die elkaar ondersteunen. Het werk is parttime met werktijden in de week, inclusief weekenddiensten.

Qualifications

• Engels taalvaardigheid vereist.

Responsibilities

• Schoonmaken van appartementen vóór aankomst van gasten als bedden opmaken, beddengoed vervangen, stofzuigen en vloeren dweilen en badkamers desinfecteren volgens een schoonmaakchecklist.
• Schoonhouden van openbare en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes.
• Assisteren bij het inrichten en voorbereiden van appartementen.
• Uitvoeren van diverse ondersteunende taken voor de afdeling en/of collega’s.

Our Housekeeping team plays an important role in ensuring that every apartment is in perfect condition before our guests arrive. Are you ready for a new step in your career? As a Housekeeping Employee, you will make sure that the apartments provide an inspiring, fresh and welcoming home away from home for the guests of Utrecht City Apartments and Hilversum City Apartments.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Hilversum City Apartments offers 69 apartments and studios near the centre of Hilversum, suitable for both short stays and long-term residents. The apartments and studios are tastefully furnished. But it is about more than just living: facilities such as a gym, food market, electric shared cars and the dynamic location create a real sense of community.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Preparing apartments for arriving guests by making beds, changing bed linen, vacuuming and mopping floors, and disinfecting bathrooms and toilets according to a cleaning checklist;

• Cleaning and maintaining public and communal areas;

• Assisting with the furnishing and preparation of apartments;

• Carrying out various supporting tasks for the department and/or your colleagues.\
