Our culture is built on taking ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement. We own it, we care deeply and we stay curious together. We challenge ourselves to think differently, move fast and create experiences that matter. As Housekeeping Manager, you will play a vital role in bringing that vision to life.

The role

As our Housekeeping Manager, you're the one who keeps an overview, motivates the team, and makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. • Keep things running: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments, cleaning schedules, staffing levels, and workload distribution, ensuring rooms are ready on time and operations run efficiently.
  • Set the standard: Conduct regular room inspections and quality checks to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet our cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
  • Work together: Collaborate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and other hotel departments to coordinate room availability, address maintenance issues, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Take ownership: Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, equipment, and departmental costs. Manage budgets, minimise waste, and ensure resources are used efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Make every stay count: Respond proactively to guest feedback and housekeeping-related requests, resolving issues quickly and ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming stay.
  • Stay curious: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, service quality, and team performance. Introduce practical improvements that make daily operations smarter and more efficient.
  • Care deeply: Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members. Create an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and valued.
  • Keep it safe: Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures, including the safe handling and storage of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Do good: Contribute to our sustainability ambitions by encouraging the responsible use of cleaning products, water, energy, and other resources, while finding ways to reduce our environmental footprint.

What you'll bring to the table
  • You've been there: You have at least 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • You're a natural leader: You know how to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team, creating a positive working environment where everyone feels valued.
  • You've got an eye for detail: You take pride in maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards and notice the little things that make a big difference.
  • You're organised and proactive: You know how to prioritise, manage schedules, and keep operations running smoothly, even during busy periods.
  • You're hands-on: You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and support your team whenever needed. You lead by example.
  • You're a team player: You communicate clearly, work well with other departments, and know how to bring people together.
  • You think smart: You're comfortable managing supplies, monitoring costs, and finding ways to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
