PPHE Hotel Group is offering a Housekeeping Management Intern position at Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport, Netherlands. The internship starts in September 2026 for a full-time, 5 to 12 month period, ideal for students seeking practical management experience in a dynamic hotel environment.

You will support daily housekeeping operations, assist in scheduling, training, and administrative tasks while aiming to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the supervision of daily housekeeping operations and team activities.
• Assist in coordinating room cleaning schedules and public area maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are consistently maintained.
• Support training and coaching of team members to achieve service excellence.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as planning, reporting, and quality checks.
• Monitor room status updates and communicate effectively with the Front Office.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
• Support stock control and inventory management for housekeeping supplies.
