Job summary

Conscious Hotels, Hotel V Oosterpark in Amsterdam, seeks a Hotel Management Intern to join the team. You will manage daily operations, work on projects with the Hotel Manager, and lead your own initiatives to improve processes and guest experiences.

As an HBO/WO hospitality student, you will contribute during shifts and support the team while developing managerial skills in a dynamic, sustainability-focused environment. Internship of at least 5 months with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO student in hospitality or related field.
• Internship of at least 5 months.
• Proactive, passionate and ambitious.
• Dutch and English fluency; Amsterdam area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations and support hotel team.
• Lead your own project(s) to drive innovation.
• SupportHotel Manager with ongoing projects and targets.
• Handle guest issues calmly and creatively during shifts.
