Job summary

NH Hotels Den Haag is seeking an in-house technician (f/m/d) to monitor all building technical systems and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.

In this full-time role you will assist the maintenance manager, coordinate external vendors, supervise energy use, and address guest incidents promptly and professionally. The position is based on-site at NH Den Haag in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance of building equipment.
• Ability to perform corrective maintenance promptly.
• Coordinate external vendors and service providers.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Willingness to be on-call for breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance manager in day-to-day tasks.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Carry out corrective maintenance in a timely manner.
• Help implement security measures and ensure permits are available.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
