Responsibilities

• Providing administrative follow-up to procedures and identifying actions and trends related to absenteeism.
• Speaking to employees and explaining terms of employment regulations and company rules.
• Consultation with own department.
• Evaluating matters and bringing attention as needed.
• Implementing agreements and organizing activities, communicating them effectively.
