Job summary

Ruby is a fast-growing hospitality group with hotels and workspaces in Europe. Join us as a night-oriented guest service team member, bringing warmth, efficiency, and a smile to every guest. You will handle bar service, breakfast preparation, and night audit tasks while contributing to a lively, inclusive team culture.

• Strong multitasking and reliable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and make them feel at home.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks with care.
• Assist with breakfast setup and table arrangements for the next day.
• Oversee night operations and guest safety.
• Handle end-of-day closing and ensure smooth operations.
• Share insider tips with guests about local hotspots.

• ideally gained some experience in the hotel industry, don’t worry if you don’t know what "mise-en-place" means yet
• a true night owl, who enjoys working primarily at night and in shifts, while always keeping everything under control
• counting reliability, multitasking and your willingness to learn among your strengths
• empathetic with others and love sharing your enthusiasm with those around you
• a great sense of humour, enjoy working in a team, and love interacting with our guests
• speaking fluent Dutch and English
