Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality revenue management or analytics.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with revenue management systems and BI tools.
• Ability to communicate results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide relevant analysis to guide hotel teams on inventory restrictions and pricing strategies to increase market share and revenues.
• Assist with implementation of hotel sales strategy and pricing across channels and market segments.
• Analyze results of strategies monthly and communicate to stakeholders.
• Analyze trends for revenue streams and assist Cluster Director of Revenue in forecasting (11-day, monthly, annual).
• Collaborate with BI tools and gather market intelligence to support revenue teams.
• Prepare weekly strategy meetings, daily detail tools, and provide analysis for pricing discussions with sales.
