Job summary

Tebi is seeking an onboarding operations lead to get hospitality clients up and running with the Connected Restaurant Management System. You’ll train restaurant teams, connect with them, and implement onboarding from kickoff to go-live.

In this role you’ll blend project management, customer communication and problem solving, ensuring smooth first-month usage and ongoing improvements. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and central operations to close gaps and enhance processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in hospitality or startup operations.
• Experience in fast-paced account management or customer operations.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with structure.

Responsibilities

• Run restaurant onboarding: train, connect and implement with the restaurant team.
• Problem-solve for merchants during live operations.
• Support restaurants for the first month after go-live.
• Identify opportunities for process, materials and system improvements.
• Flag product/process gaps and report to product, engineering and central operations.
