You’ll learn through structured modules, mentorship, and a personalized training plan aimed at preparing you for future hotel leadership roles across brands and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality major or related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in hotel operations is advantageous.
• Eligibility to work at the same hotel after graduation is required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• 12-month program with 10 months in Rooms or Food & Beverage, plus 2 months across other departments.
• Develop management capabilities through leadership projects and mentorship.
• Gain exposure to Finance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and Human Resources.
