Zusammenfassung

Conscious Hotels is seeking a System Administrator to ensure smooth IT operations across our Amsterdam-area hotels and offices. You will manage hotel systems (PMS, POS, CRM), networks, and guest technology, while collaborating with the IT Manager and hotel teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, documentation, and user support in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of IT support experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Familiar with hotel systems (Mews, Lightspeed).
• Knowledge of networks and hardware troubleshooting.
• English fluent; Dutch a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for IT requests across Conscious Group locations.
• Troubleshoot networks, printers, A/V tools, computers and mobile devices.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalations and maintenance.
• Monitor system uptime and log incidents per SLA.
• Support configuration and maintenance of PMS, POS, CRM and access controls.
• Maintain IT asset inventory across hotels and offices.
• Assist with IT setup for new hotels and migrations; test and document software before rollout.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and SOPs.
