Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam is offering an internship in Duty Management at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. You will learn hotel operations, support the management team, and serve guests as part of the on-duty manager rotation.

The program includes hands-on training across departments, language requirements in Dutch and English, and the opportunity to grow into a Young Professional in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• During this internship you will become familiar with all facets of the hotel industry and work across departments to learn operations.
• You will independently fulfil the role of Manager on Duty and be the first contact for guests, assisting with questions, comments and complaints.
• You will grow within the team and develop hotel management knowledge to prepare you for a career as a Young Professional in hospitality.
