Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is hiring an enthusiastic HR Intern to join the People & Culture team. You will support onboarding, personnel administration, and internal communications in a vibrant hospitality setting.

This internship offers training to build both technical and interpersonal HR skills, with room to explore areas like recruitment and employee relations as you grow into a confident HR professional.

Qualifications

• Available to start internship in November/December 2026.
• Currently studying an HR-related degree and seeking an internship as part of studies.
• Minimum 6 months internship.
• Passion for hospitality and people-focused environments.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch a plus; other languages welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes and personnel administration.
• Create newsletters and internal communications.
• Serve as a first point of contact for colleagues.
• Gain exposure to recruitment, sickness management, and employee relations as applicable.
• Receive training to develop technical and interpersonal HR skills.
