Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join the People & Culture team. You will support onboarding, personnel administration, and internal communications while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality. This internship offers flexibility to explore recruitment, sickness management, and employee relations as you grow.

Training will develop your technical and interpersonal HR skills, helping you become a confident, independent HR professional in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Currently studying an HR-related degree and seeking an internship as part of your studies.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.
• A passion for hospitality and people-focused environments.
• A strong team player with clear communication skills.
• Someone who does not shy away from expressing their opinion.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus and other languages are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process and assist with personnel administration.
• Create newsletters and internal communications.
• Act as a first point of contact for colleagues.
• Gain exposure in recruitment, sickness management, and employee relations as you grow.
• Receive training to develop both technical and interpersonal HR skills.
