Hotel Co 51 is offering an internship in Amsterdam focused on guest service within a Marriott-brand environment. You will welcome guests, support front desk operations, assist in F&B, and provide local information to ensure a personalized stay.

Ideal candidates are hospitality students or recent graduates who speak English, with proactive and communicative personalities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus.
• Proactive, communicative and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests to create a great first impression.
• Support check-in and check-out processes for smooth operations.
• Assist in the Food & Beverage department to enhance dining experiences.
• Provide hotel and local area information to guests.
• Handle guest requests and contribute to a personalized stay.
