NH Hotels & Resorts is offering a Food & Beverage Internship in Amsterdam. You will gain hands-on experience across outlets inside an international hotel, developing service, communication, and guest relations skills while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Active student enrollment, passion for hospitality, and excellent English are essential. The role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and genuine guest interactions within Minor Hotels’ global framework.

Formación

• Active enrollment in an educational institution throughout the internship period.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, food and beverage.
• Enjoy interacting with guests and creating memorable experiences.
• Positive, approachable, and a team player.
• Take initiative with an enthusiastic, hands-on attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, making them feel genuinely valued.
• Support the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and events.
• Prepare restaurant and meeting spaces, ensuring every detail is ready for our guests.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages while creating memorable moments throughout their stay.
• Work closely with the kitchen, Front Office, and other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Develop knowledge of food, beverages, premium service standards, and guest relations.
• Share creative ideas and identify opportunities to make every experience even more memorable.
