Job summary

The Social Hub is looking for an FP&A Intern to join our finance team in the Netherlands. You’ll learn how we plan, track and improve business performance across Hotels, F&B and Connect, turning financial data into clear insights for senior management.

From monthly reviews to budgeting and forecasting, you’ll gain hands-on experience with numbers that move our multi-segment hospitality business forward, while collaborating with an international team.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Hospitality Management.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Excel and able to translate data into insights.
• Fluent in English and able to work with an international team.

Responsibilities

• Break down performance by comparing actual results with budgets.
• Build performance reports and presentations for senior management.
• Analyze hotel performance to identify trends driving the numbers.
• Track KPIs and support management in monitoring performance.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting to plan next steps.
• Improve reporting by contributing to clearer data storytelling.
• Support the commercial team with weekly and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Explain findings clearly and turn data into actionable insights.
