Qualifications

• Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Comfortable working with Excel and turning numbers into insights.
• Analytical and curious about drivers of performance.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in reporting.
• Proactive, positive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Break down business performance by comparing actual results with budgets and explaining key differences.
• Build performance reports and presentations turning financial data into insights for senior management.
• Analyze hotel performance to spot trends and driver numbers.
• Track hospitality KPIs and monitor business performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for future planning.
• Improve reporting by contributing to clearer, more useful data.
• Support the commercial team with weekly and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to validate data and tell the right story.
