An internship with a lot of customer contact, organization and responsibility. As a Hospitality & Facility Intern you provide optimal service.

As a Hospitality & Facility Intern, you'll act as a host/hostess at the venue, ensuring that all meetings, gatherings, and events are perfectly organized. You'll be responsible for arranging lunches and drinks and maintaining our public spaces. You'll greet everyone with genuine attention and positive energy. Our guests, tenants, and flex workers will feel completely at home, and you'll ensure everyone has everything they need.

During your internship you will be involved in the following tasks:

• With your proactive attitude you ensure a warm welcome from our customers and guests and you ensure that they lack nothing;
• You are the first point of contact for our guests;
• You have daily coordination with our team;
• You contribute ideas to solutions and improvements to our service and ensure that it continues to meet the needs of our guests;
• At events and meetings, you ensure that everything is arranged to optimally facilitate the customer;
• To be able to perform the above tasks, you have a command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing.
