Job summary

Envipco Holding N.V. is seeking a Holding Accountant to own parent-company accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, payments, and day-to-day maintenance for Envipco Holding N.V.

and Envipco Europe B.V., including treasury, financing, equity transactions, and share-based compensation. The role supports consolidation and external reporting, IFRS considerations, and intercompany matters, while coordinating with tax, legal, and treasury advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, business economics, or related field; RA, CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own parent-company accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, payments, and day-to-day maintenance for Envipco Holding N.V. and Envipco Europe B.V.
• Account for holding-level investments, treasury, financing, equity, share-based compensation, and other parent-company transactions.
• Support statutory, audit, transaction, and entity-change processes, coordinating with tax, legal, financing, and treasury advisors.
• Support monthly consolidation, elimination entries, intercompany reconciliations, and maintenance of consolidation structures.
• Contribute to interim and annual reporting, including IFRS disclosures, audit support, and ESEF/XBRL requirements.
• Assist with IFRS interpretation and consistent application of group accounting policies.
• Improve close, consolidation, journal entry, reconciliation, approval, and reporting processes; strengthen controls, documentation quality, and audit readiness.
• Support finance transformation and tool improvements across ERP, planning, consolidation, and reporting systems.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, business economics, or related field

RA/CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent
