Job summary

NTS Drachten assembles precision mechanical modules in a cleanroom for leading customers in semiconductor and analytical industries. You will work from drawings, perform cleaning, qualifying, and repairs with strict quality control in a team of specialists.

The role emphasizes hands-on craftsmanship, meticulous documentation, and ongoing process improvements in a high-precision environment. Shift times are early and late, with Friday early finish.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational education in a technical field.
• Precise, independent and quality-conscious with a hands-on mentality.
• Analytical thinking and eagerness to tackle technical issues.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts: 06:00–14:30 and 14:15–23:00 (Fri 21:45).

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision mechanical parts and modules according to drawings and work instructions.
• Clean and qualify modules for functionality and quality.
• Record and report measurement and test results.
• Process statistical data and discuss quality issues or rejections.
• Perform repairs according to procedures and contribute to process improvements in the cleanroom.
