Job summary

Uitzendbureau Nijmegen zoekt een nauwkeurige Assemblage Technician voor het samenstellen van gas- en leidingsystemen in een cleanroom-omgeving. Je werkt op basis van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies en draagt bij aan hoogwaardige, wereldwijde levering.

Je inspeelt op kwaliteit en veiligheid, met aandacht voor details en teamwork. Een MBO-3/4 diploma en vloeiende Nederlands/Engels zijn vereist, en je bent bereid in een 2-ploegendienst te werken.

Qualifications

• Kandidaten hebben ervaring met technische tekeningen en fijnmechanische assemblage.
• Zij tonen nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail, met focus op kwaliteit.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels is vereist.

Responsibilities

• Samenstellen van complexe gas- en leidingsystemen volgens technische tekeningen.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en eindinspecties.
• Signalen van afwijkingen doorgeven en verbeteringen voorstellen.
• Volgen van trainingen en jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied.
• Samenwerken met collega’s om productieproces soepel te laten verlopen.

Wat je gaat doen

As an Assembly Mechanic, you are responsible for carefully assembling high-quality gas and piping systems. Based on technical drawings and work instructions, you will build complex modules that must meet the highest quality requirements. Accuracy and technical insight play an important role in this.

You will work in a professional cleanroom environment where quality and craftsmanship come first.Your work is varied; in addition to assembling products, you will also be involved in checking and improving them. The products you work on are used worldwide within the high-tech industry. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every product is assembled according to the correct quality requirements and delivered perfectly.

• Assembling complex gas and piping systems based on technical drawings;
• Carrying out quality checks and final inspections;
• Identifying deviations and actively thinking about possible improvements;
• Following training sessions and further developing yourself within the field;
• Working together with colleagues to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently;
• Working according to the applicable quality, safety and cleanroom procedures.With your craftsmanship, you make a direct contribution to high-quality products that are used, among other things, within the semiconductor industry.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,800 and €3,940 per month, including shift allowance, with opportunities to grow within this;
• A full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract;
• Working in a 2-shift system:
  • 06:00 - 14:30;
  • 14:30 - 23:00;
• 25 vacation days;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• Travel expense reimbursement of €0.25 per kilometre;

• An MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in a technical field;
• Experience with technical drawings and fine-mechanical or technical assembly;
• The willingness to work full-time in a 2-shift system:
  • 06:00 - 14:30;
  • 14:30 - 23:0O;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• An accurate working attitude, an eye for detail and a real team mentality;
• Your own accommodation and transportation.
