Job summary

AXIS Career is seeking an Assembly Mechanic to build high-quality gas and piping systems from technical drawings in a cleanroom environment. You will assemble complex modules, perform quality checks, and contribute to improvements with a hands-on approach.

You should have an MBO level 3 or 4 in a technical field, experience with technical drawings and fine-mechanical assembly, and be willing to work a two-shift schedule (06:00–14:30 or 14:30–23:00). Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.

Job description

As an Assembly Mechanic, you are responsible for carefully assembling high-quality gas and piping systems. Based on technical drawings and work instructions, you will build complex modules that must meet the highest quality requirements. Accuracy and technical insight play an important role in this.

You will work in a professional cleanroom environment where quality and craftsmanship come first. Your work is varied; in addition to assembling products, you will also be involved in checking and improving them. The products you work on are used worldwide within the high-tech industry. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every product is assembled according to the correct quality requirements and delivered perfectly.

Your responsibilities

• Assembling complex gas and piping systems based on technical drawings;
• Carrying out quality checks and final inspections;
• Identifying deviations and actively thinking about possible improvements;
• Following training sessions and further developing yourself within the field;
• Working together with colleagues to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently;
• Working according to the applicable quality, safety and cleanroom procedures.With your craftsmanship, you make a direct contribution to high-quality products that are used, among other things, within the semiconductor industry.
