Job summary

Nedap is seeking a UX Designer for Groenlo to shape the Ons Suite health record. You will research, design, validate and evaluate across healthcare workflows, translating user needs into intuitive software for care professionals. You collaborate with developers, product owners and fellow designers to balance complexity with usability.

The role is hybrid, 32-38 hours per week, with regular team sessions at the Nedap Campus in Groenlo and a focus on enterprise health software design.

Qualifications

At least five years of relevant UX design experience in enterprise software.
University-level thinking and ability to guide complex UX projects from research to evaluation.
Experience with UX tools and research methods, journey-based approaches or service blueprints is a plus.
Interest in healthcare workflows and ability to visit healthcare professionals on site.

Responsibilities

Conduct interviews, workshops and usability tests to understand healthcare challenges.
Translate observations into insights to guide design decisions across projects.
Collaborate with software developers, product owners and other UX designers.
Help shape UX practice within Nedap and operate in a hybrid, team-based setting.
