Qualifications

• You are pursuing a degree at a university of applied sciences in UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Design or a related field.
• You are interested in complex systems and enjoy bringing structure to complexity.
• You have strong analytical skills and can translate research insights into concrete design proposals.
• You look beyond individual screens or features and consider end-to-end user journeys.
• You work independently while actively seeking collaboration and feedback.
• An affinity with healthcare or data-driven products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyse how healthcare professionals record information within Ons® and the purposes this serves.
• Identify patterns, challenges and opportunities within existing workflows and develop a generic framework or design principles.
• Translate insights into conceptual designs for 2-3 use cases and formulate strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and product owners to test and refine concepts.
