Job summary

DeepHealth, a RadNet company, seeks a Technical Services Engineer to be the first point of contact for users, providing expert support and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless healthcare IT experience. You will collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve incidents and improve support processes.

The role requires 1+ years in IT support, a healthcare backdrop, and bilingual English-French communication.

Qualifications

1+ years of IT support experience.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in healthcare or clinical environments.
Strong customer relationship and call center support skills.
Fluency in French and English.
Strong IT, networking, and computer skills.
Hands‑on experience with PC and server hardware; Linux and Windows.
Experience with EMR and clinical software.
Preferred PACS/Radiology/DICOM/HL7.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level IT support for healthcare IT systems.
Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Participate in rotating schedule to monitor the support queue and triage tickets.
Collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex issues.
Maintain detailed records of incidents, solutions, and workflows.
Assist with system updates, installations, and onboarding for new software/hardware.
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Support key customers and manage relationships with updates as needed.
