Job summary

DeepHealth, a RadNet company, seeks a Technical Training Specialist to design, develop and deliver high-quality training for external customers and internal staff. You will translate complex software into engaging learning experiences, lead live system administration workshops, and author self-paced courses for the company LMS.

The role requires strong Linux and database knowledge, expertise in eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia), and proven ability to collaborate with product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in technical training or instructional design within software, SaaS or tech.
• Strong Linux and database knowledge (MySQL, Microsoft SQL).
• Experience delivering instructor-led training to IT professionals.
• Hands-on eLearning content development with Articulate 360, Captivate or Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and facilitate instructor-led system administration training sessions for external customers.
• Adapt delivery style to audiences from novices to experienced IT admins.
• Conduct pre-training needs assessments and post-training evaluations.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource and escalate product issues when needed.
• Design and produce self-paced eLearning courses with authoring tools.
• Publish and maintain courses in the LMS with version control.
• Collaborate with SORT and Product Management to align content with product direction.
• Coach SMEs in transforming deep technical knowledge into learner-friendly material.
