Job summary

Mediq is seeking a senior Data & Analytics leader to shape and deliver an Operations Data & Analytics strategy across Europe. You will build the Group Supply Chain Data & Analytics function, create trusted data foundations, and apply analytics and AI to improve cost, productivity, service and working capital.

You will report to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and collaborate with the IT & MDM teams to align platform and architecture.

Qualifications

• Masters-level quantitative degree or higher.
• Experience moving a non-data-native organization to a data-driven operating model.
• Strong expertise in data ownership, stewardship and governance; BI, analytics and data science.

Responsibilities

• Shape and build the Group Supply Chain Data & Analytics function, including operating model, team, capabilities and tooling.
• Translate strategy into a roadmap establishing data foundations and scalable analytics/AI.
• Recruit, develop and lead a cross-functional data team (data engineering, BI, data science, business analysis).
• Own operational data from sources into the Group data platform with clear ownership and stewardship.
• Create one trusted definition for key operational metrics across European markets and drive data quality improvements.
• Own the Group Operations KPI framework and enable visibility of cost, productivity, service and working capital.
• Establish driver-based performance management to identify gaps and drive measurable actions.
• Benchmark performance across markets/sites and close gaps to best-in-class.
• Translate analytics insights into concrete business requirements for transformation initiatives.
