Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Head of Global Data & Analytics to lead the data function and accelerate the company's data-driven transformation from Breda, NL. You will steer the maturity of Data & Analytics, drive scalable AI and automation, and engage senior leaders across the organisation.

You will build and guide a high-impact team, translate strategy into actionable plans, and collaborate with business and IT to deliver measurable outcomes and value for global brands.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in Data & Analytics.
• Experience leading organisational data and business transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tactical plans and operational execution.
• Experience working in complex international organisations with multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Data & Analytics function and drive maturity agenda.
• Translate strategic objectives into tactical and operational plans with measurable outcomes.
• Build and execute the roadmap for AI, automation, and productivity initiatives.
• Coach and strengthen the Data & Analytics team and improve team maturity.
• Engage Executive Committee and senior stakeholders to align data initiatives.
• Create buy-in and alignment around data, analytics and transformation.
• Improve data governance, analytics capabilities, and related processes.
• Bridge business and technology teams to ensure value-driven decisions.
• Lead transformation initiatives and monitor progress for adoption and impact.
