Qualifications

• PhD in Organic Chemistry or related field.
• Experience in a CDMO environment preferred.
• Affinity with the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMP and GDP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in API development and GMP production.
• Coordinate R&D activities across multiple sites.
• Act as the primary technical lead for CDMO activities.
• Accountable for R&D portfolio and project management.
• Define and implement R&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
