Rabobank seeks a Head of Methodology and Quality Assurance to shape audit methodology and global QA. You will lead a team of 10 professionals and drive data analytics and AI integration across audits, setting standards and translating regulatory developments into practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification as a Registered Operational Auditor, Registered Information Systems Auditor or Chartered Accountant, or an international equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience leading audit functions with significant organisational impact in the financial sector.
• Demonstrable experience working with senior stakeholders, including executives.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing digital solutions or leading data analytics teams.

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 10,330 and EUR 14,757 (senior kader A)for a 40-hour work week.

Summary

As Head of Methodology and Quality Assurance at Rabobank, you will lead the strategic development of Audit Rabobank’s methodology and global Quality Assurance programme. Audit Rabobank provides independent and objective assurance on governance, risk management and internal control. The Methodology and Quality Assurance team is the centre of expertise for audit quality, strategy, methodology, data analytics, artificial intelligence and innovation.

You will report hierarchically and functionally to the Chief of Audit Operations and Methodology. You will work closely with the Audit Rabobank Management Team, Heads of Audit, regulators such as the Dutch Central Bank and the European Central Bank, the Institute of Internal Auditors and colleagues in Non-Financial Risk and Information Technology.
