Rabobank is seeking a Software Engineer to join Team GSM and design, develop and maintain Java-based microservices powering Rabobank’s digital banking experiences. You will build secure REST APIs, improve observability and reliability, and collaborate with architects, product owners and stakeholders in a hybrid work setting.

Summary

As a Software Engineer at Rabobank, you will work within Team GSM on the backend services that power Rabobank’s digital customer experiences. You will design and maintain secure Java 21+ microservices and scalable REST APIs. You will also improve observability and operational reliability, solve production challenges and contribute ideas that help the team build better technical solutions. This position offers a hybrid working environment, combining working from home with working alongside your colleagues at a Rabobank office.
