Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Corporate Strategy Lead to steer complex strategic assignments, connect external trends with customer needs, and help senior stakeholders make well‑founded choices. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and drive opportunities with clear sponsorship and ownership.

With 5+ years in corporate strategy or related fields, you will translate insights into future scenarios and recommendations, shaping Rabobank's strategic direction while collaborating across domains and decision

Qualifications

• Strong academic foundation in strategy, economics, business, finance, innovation, tech or data.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, business development, consulting, or transformation.
• Clear and influential communication, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Trusted stakeholder management with cross‑functional influence.
• Fluency in English; Dutch not required.

• Lead enterprise‑level strategic assignments and advise senior stakeholders on risks and trade‑offs.

Job description

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 7,556 and EUR 10,794 (scale 11)for a 36-hour work week.
• Extras: a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.
• Development budget: EUR 1,400 development budget per year for your growth and development.

• A strong academic foundation in strategy, economics, business, finance, innovation, technology, sustainability, data or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, business development, consulting, innovation, corporate finance or transformation.
• Strong strategic judgement, with the ability to distinguish facts from assumptions and identify connections across different domains.
• Clear and influential communication, including building narratives, facilitating senior discussions and adapting your message to different audiences.
• Trusted stakeholder management, creating commitment among people with different interests without relying on formal authority.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch is useful but not required.
