Job summary

Ad Idem Consulting Limited client is seeking a Head of Global Business Services to lead a multi-functional GBS spanning Finance (R2R, O2C), Source-to-Pay and enterprise Master Data. Reporting to the Global Corporate Controller, you will join during a carve-out, ERP migration and TSA exit, taking full accountability for service, governance, commercials and controls.

You will bring 15+ years in finance or procurement operations, including at least five years leading multi-country shared services

Qualifications

• 15+ years in finance or procurement operations.
• At least five years leading multi-country shared services or GBS.
• Track record of managing multiple BPOs and major transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global GBS covering Finance (R2R, O2C), Source-to-Pay, and Master Data.
• Manage supplier performance and BPO contracts; ensure robust controls and segregation of duties.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for standardisation and automation; govern service delivery and commercials.

Our client, an international PE-backed manufacturing business, is seeking a Head of Global Business Services to lead a multi-functional GBS covering Finance (R2R, O2C), Source-to-Pay and enterprise Master Data.

Reporting to the Global Corporate Controller, you will join during a carve-out, ERP migration and TSA exit, working alongside the interim set-up lead before taking full accountability for service, governance, commercials, and controls. Your priorities will include managing supplier performance and both BPO contracts, embedding robust controls and segregation of duties, and building a multi-year roadmap for standardisation and automation.

You will bring 15+ years in finance or procurement operations, including at least five years leading multi-country shared services or GBS. You will also have a track record of managing multiple BPOs and experience of major transformation.

Hybrid - 2 days working from home.

Circa €140-€170k base salary.
