Job summary

DNA.inc, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Head of Finance to own and scale the group finance function across Dutch and Spanish entities. You will report to the founders, lead the group accountant, and work closely with the external tax advisor to forecast, set intercompany policy, and support year-end processes.

You will deliver board-ready reporting, monthly budgets, and insightful analytics to guide pricing, resourcing, and growth. The role offers flexibility and potential to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in finance, preferably with audit/advisory background.
• Experience running finance for a multi-entity group (NL and ES preferred).
• ERP implementation/rebuild experience, monthly close from scratch.
• ERP: Odoo is a plus, familiarity with multi-entity consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Own finance across Dutch and Spanish entities, multi-entity consolidation.
• Lead group accounting, collaborate with external tax advisor.
• Develop forecasts, intercompany policy, year-end processes.
