Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of technical writing, instructional design, and multimedia content creation.
  • Familiarity with modern documentation platforms, LMS systems, and video editing tools.
  • Awareness of how AI and automation can support content development and learning experiences.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Native-level fluency in English, French is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking and hands-on leader to head our Documentation and Enablement team. This team plays a critical role in empowering deployment teams, professional services, implementation partners, administrators, and end users to successfully deploy, install, configure, administrate, and use our enterprise software solutions. As the Head of Documentation and Enablement, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of technical writers, instructional designers, and video editors. You will be responsible for defining and executing a cohesive enablement strategy that ensures our stakeholders have access to high-quality, accurate, and engaging content across formats and channels.

Requirements
