Job summary
Urban Gym Group (UGG) in Amsterdam seeks a senior Platform Lead responsible for the digital platform domain across 70+ clubs and multiple brands. You will ensure core systems run reliably, deliver value to marketing, sales and operations, and own vendor escalations and incidents.
You will lead Product Owners and an operations team, manage an external nearshore partner, and drive budget, data quality, and cross-brand roadmap with a steady sprint rhythm.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading Product Owners and development teams.
- Experience with vendor/contract management and remote teams.
- Track record in fast-growing environments with shifting priorities.
- Ability to connect board-level strategy with technical detail.
- Experience applying AI to automate workflows or accelerate delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define platform strategy across all brands and translate into a roadmap and capacity plan.
- Lead the Product Owner(s) and the operations team; steer external development partners; own sprint rhythm and delivery.
- Oversee configuration, incidents, and data quality; ensure consistency across brands.
- Own platform budget; report on progress and risks; safeguard security with Finance and IT.
