Job summary

Roblox seeks a Director, Developer Relations – Europe to shape the developer ecosystem strategy across Europe and lead execution with cross-functional teams. You will build executive relationships with studios, publishers, and partners, and drive measurable growth in the region.

Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate, you will lead regional strategy, influence Roblox product priorities, and represent Roblox at industry events, while ensuring a data-driven, outcome-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in developer relations, games, partnerships, platform strategy, or related fields.
• Data-driven, strategic, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• Able to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
• Deeply knowledgeable about the games and developer landscape in Europe.
• Experienced leading regional or ecosystem strategy with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional developer ecosystem strategy for Europe.
• Drive developer acquisition, engagement, and long-term success.
• Build executive relationships with key studios, publishers, and ecosystem partners.
• Partner cross-functionally to turn strategy into execution.
• Represent Roblox at major industry and developer events.
• Surface market trends, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership.
• Build and lead the regional Developer Relations organization as the opportunity grows.
