• Strong hands-on analytical experience and ability to translate findings into business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills, including with senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, curious, ownership-driven in a lean, fast-moving environment.
• Experience coaching analytical and technical talent while contributing to delivery.
• Strong communicator who can present results to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to high-impact analytics projects hands-on, framing questions and methods, performing analyses and presenting recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Translate broad business challenges into analytical approaches, identifying drivers of performance.
• Establish and maintain high standards for analytical rigor, insight generation, visualization and storytelling.
• Own the Data analytics roadmap, balancing commercial and strategic questions with reporting and ad-hoc requests.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team of data analysts and data engineers, setting priorities and ensuring delivery.
