Job summary

ADC Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior BD Leader to drive strategic client relationships and growth across financial services, life sciences, healthcare, and more. You will lead a lean BD team, align with Practice Leads, and shape how we go‑to‑market as a group.

Fluency in English and willingness to travel are required. You will own the qualification standards, forecast accurately, and grow a multi‑year pipeline while collaborating with Marketing, Geo leads, and partners like Databricks

Qualifications

Around 8+ years of BD or commercial leadership in professional services or consulting.
Senior buyers in regulated industries relationships and networks.
Ability to coach, set high standards, and develop teams.
Systems-minded with CRM and pipeline discipline.
Motivated by winning; compensation rewards new business.
Strong colleagues who are easy to work with.

Responsibilities

Open doors and personally hold senior relationships with CDOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Risk.
Grow new logo revenue and sustain a healthy pipeline aligned with 2026 targets.
Lead and coach the BD team; unify BD across NL, Nordics, and CLEVER°FRANKE.
Build a scalable commercial engine with disciplined forecasting and 3x pipeline cover.
Partner with Marketing on demand generation and cross‑entity selling.
