Job summary

DLA Piper LLP is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to lead a multi-level BA team and deliver across the IT function. You will work with Product and Platform Teams to provide insight, guidance and value to the business.

The role involves high-profile data analysis, shaping change initiatives, coaching analysts, and instilling agile ways of working within the BA team. You will manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing Business Analysis teams.
• Ability to prioritise and plan workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Pro-active, guiding and steering analysis approaches.
• Extensive knowledge of systems, development methods, and standards.
• Experience in enterprise environments and understanding of architecture.
• Skilled in Business Analysis techniques and modelling tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Big Data, Data Analytics and AI.

Responsibilities

• Leads a Business Analysis team, providing guidance and strategic direction, prioritising activities and ensuring delivery on schedule.
• Developing and coaching the Business Analysis team.
• Liaising with stakeholders in IT and the business to shape change and define analysis approaches.
• Championing agile ways of working across the team.
• Ensure vision, objectives and benefits are understood and traced throughout initiatives.
• Model and document holistic solutions and assess feasibility with stakeholders.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to review models and resolve issues.
• Plan and manage impact analyses and UX evaluations.
