Job summary

You will translate business objectives into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, participate in backlog refinement and partner with product owners, developers and stakeholders to deliver valuable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Information Science)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role or similar
- Experience in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting backlog refinement
- Experience with process analysis, impact assessments and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate business objectives into concrete and actionable requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills and organizational sensitivity
- You live in the Netherlands and are available full time
Responsibilities
- Analyse business needs, processes and information flows within Agile teams.

- Own analysis, prioritisation and backlog refinement.
