Job summary
Solid Professionals connects professionals within finance, risk, data and IT to organisations where quality and outcomes come first. As a Business Analyst you will operate at the intersection of business and IT, analyzing needs and translating them into clear requirements within Agile teams.
You will translate business objectives into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, participate in backlog refinement and partner with product owners, developers and stakeholders to deliver valuable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Information Science)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role or similar
- Experience in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting backlog refinement
- Experience with process analysis, impact assessments and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate business objectives into concrete and actionable requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills and organizational sensitivity
- You live in the Netherlands and are available full time
Responsibilities
- Analyse business needs, processes and information flows within Agile teams.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own analysis, prioritisation and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
