Booking.com seeks a Director of AI & Insights Platforms to lead the technology strategy for a portfolio serving data scientists, ML engineers, analytics practitioners and product teams. You will drive platform roadmaps, governance, and end-to-end ownership across a federated organisation to deliver self-service, scalable capabilities.

You will partner with VP Data & Machine Learning and other leaders to translate business needs into durable platform roadmaps, balancing enterprise foundations

Qualifications

Deep expertise in AI/ML platforms, data platforms and analytics.
Experience with experimentation, model development and deployment.
Strong platform-product thinking and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

Set the technology strategy for AI and Insights platforms.
Create a coherent platform ecosystem for data scientists, ML engineers and stakeholders.
Translate opportunities into durable platform roadmaps and capabilities.
Align federated orgs with reusable foundations and domain flexibility.
Partner across Data & ML, Product, Engineering, Security and Governance.
Build and lead the organization with senior managers and scalable operating models.
Drive end-to-end ownership, reliability and measurable business impact.
