Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Director of Product, Foundations, to lead the shared digital experience platform across Experience Infrastructure, Content and UI. You will enable faster velocity for consuming teams and drive AI‑first platform capabilities with responsible guardrails.

You will oversee platform leverage, adoption and velocity, shaping multi‑year plans while ensuring architectural health, documentation and operational excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive product leadership experience (10+ years) in global environments.
• Track record in platform, infrastructure or UI/platform products at scale.
• Strong AI product thinking and governance for platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership with clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Foundations platform strategy and a clear 18‑month direction.
• Lead multiple platform product groups: Infrastructure, Content, UI, and orchestration.
• Drive delivery excellence, reliability and adoption across consuming teams.
• Develop leaders, coach senior PMs and drive portfolio health.
• Lead cross‑BU initiatives and represent Foundations in senior forums.
